Jumpscare Details
While spoiling as little as possible, during a scene in which Amanda is in bed and Maud is c3RvbG next to her, Amanda says something that upsets Maud, causing her to begin crying. A few seconds later, Amanda suddenly springs upwards and her face looks distorted.

Hard to describe without spoiling as it is literally the final shot of the movie, but can roughly be described as a scene in which Maud is lifting her arms and people are bowing down, there is a sudden cut to her screaming.
