1. Severance
The warden of Shawshank Prison commits suicide, leaving behind an unsettling mystery that seems to be connected to a case from 27 years earlier.
The camera zooms in on a man in his car looking at a dog, after some time c3RvbG he suddenly slams his foot on the accelerator (although not a jump scare as such, the resulting loud noise during a quiet scene may startle some viewers).
After a long tense scene where Dennis climbs down a ladder into the prison septic tank, Dennis looks around and two eyes suddenly appear on screen as Dennis shines his torch on “The Kid” in the cage.
2. Habeas Corpus
Henry Deaver returns to Castle Rock and takes on the Kid as a client. A letter left behind by Warden Lacy sheds some light on the Kid's origins.
During a tense scene, Dennis senses someone behind him and spins around firing his gun (although it turns out to be a false alarm).
3. Local Color
The past catches up with Molly Strand.
After Molly walks into a church she approaches a coffin and is about to lift it when the preacher, with his head bandaged, says “Why?” (this is accompanied by a sound effect).
Molly turns around to once again see the preacher, now with his c291cm head and face fully bandaged, standing directly in front of her (this is again accompanied by a sound effect).
4. The Box
Henry urges the Kid to accept the prison's settlement and investigates his own disappearance decades earlier. A Shawshank prison guard snaps.
A bulb flash (occurring during a dream sequence) may startle some viewers.
There is another bulb flash, this time as a brief flashback that Henry experiences while talking to Molly.
A man is suddenly shot mid sentence as he approaches Henry to tell him to sit down.
5. Harvest
After the Shawshank shooting, the Kid is released and Henry moves him into an apartment above Molly's office. A ceremony honoring Alan goes awry.
6. Filter
Molly confesses her role in the death of Reverend Deaver. Henry's son Wendell arrives from Boston. The Kid is institutionalized, but not for long.
7. The Queen
Ruth explains her jumbled memories and time-skipping to her grandson Wendell, but the Kid's presence and her disorientation have tragic consequences.
Ruth picks up the chess bm90c2 piece and a dog suddenly barks at her.
8. Past Perfect
Out-of-towners renovate the Lacy home into a murder-themed bed and breakfast. Molly rescues Henry from the camper. Ruth remains lost in the past.
A bird hits the bus window.
9. Henry Deaver
The true identity of the Kid is revealed, as well as his relationship to Henry, Molly and a site in the forest where strange sightings occur.
Henry shines his torch on a boy in a cage.
10. Romans
Henry and the Kid end up jailed together just as a prisoner transfer from the shuttering Shawshank prison leads to a violent breakout.
A woman walks on to the road and is suddenly hit by a bus.
Henry points the gun at The Kid who is curled up on c2NyYX the ground. The Kid looks up and his face briefly becomes old and shriveled as he makes a shrieking noise.
